The menu encompasses three generations of southern family recipes. The cafe owner, Paul Covington offers a stunning 25-year career in kitchens within North Carolina. For over a decade Covington has worked as a chef alongside Bill Smith at the award winning Crook’s Corner in Chapel Hill. Covington also had experience working at the Washington Duke Inn, Another Thyme, and Carolina Coffee Shop.
We are proud to use local and fresh products to serve the best cuisines from various vendors in the triangle area and other parts of the state. Some of our recent vendors include Cliff’s Meat Market, Simply Fresh Seafood, Latta’s Egg Ranch, Danan Farms, Orangedale Garden Farms, The Bread Shop, Guglhupf Bakery, Southern Season, Stockton Graham & Co., and NC-Pepsi products.
